2. Disclaimer
Loss of Property, Money, or Emotional Stability: RightHand shall not be held responsible for any loss of property, money, or emotional stability resulting from the use of our platform. Users are encouraged to exercise discretion and due diligence when participating in charity events or making donations.
No Direct Involvement in Charity Events: RightHand acts solely as a platform for sharing information about charity events and facilitating donations. We are not directly related to the organization or execution of these events and cannot be held liable for any issues arising from them.
3. Donations
Non-Refundable: All donations made through RightHand are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
Allocation of Donations: Five percent (5%) of all donations received through RightHand shall be allocated towards supporting and maintaining the platform. The remaining amount will be directed to the specified charity or cause.
